Location of ATR Database (ATRClient.mdb)
- Default location in Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Xpress Software\ATRClient
- Default location in Windows 7 and Windows 8: C:\ProgramData\Xpress Software\ATRClient
- If database is not in its default location, user should go to Options tab->Database and click on “…” to locate the database that currently in use.
Back up Database
- By pressing “Backup database…” button, user can back up current database manually.
- ATR database is backed up automatically when “Auto Backup” function is enabled. Auto backup files are stored in Backups folder. The backup file has the name like: “ATRClient_20140912_153521.mdb.bak” where 20140912 symbolize September 12th, 2014.
Always back up your database before you re-install or upgrade the software!
